Larry Stalzer, registered architect and certified project manager, is serving as Cedar Lane's Owner's Representative in the renovation project. Larry, newly retired in 2021, brings decades of architectural experience, as well as over twenty years of project management experience to his role working with the architect, contractor, and Cedar Lane's Construction Task Force. When Larry heard Cedar Lane was considering hiring a firm to serve as the Owner's Representative for the renovation project, he recognized the perfect volunteer opportunity for his skillset and availability.
